Each day I will blog a tip for organic home lessons called Lesson of the Day.
Lesson of the day:
Monday’s are usually good for math but if you have kids that are hard to motivate, make Monday more laid back.
Do an art project. You can do music, dance, visual art, or a video, but do it as a family. Give each child a part that helps bring it all together.
For the painting of the elephant, we took some canvas and found some old acrylics. Each person in the house, including me got a section to paint. We did not push the project to be done in the same day. We worked on it bit by bit on our own. At the end, I came in to blend it all together.
Turn on relaxing music and jam while you do your art.
